BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER

In this case, they are actually Canada Geese. As a group, they take turns being the leader and the follower. They mate for life and always come back to the same area to nest. They have habits. They protect their own. Is it hard for them to share the follower role, if they would really like to be the leader all the time? Humans are not always good followers. It takes courage to be a leader unless you are a dictator. In the workplace, province, country and even your own home, it is a role that can invite lots of criticism. There are not always lots of thank yous. In family groups, regardless of the age, one child may be more of a leader. It can cause great resentment from others. Trying to be a peacemaker takes great energy! Trying to respect everyone's opinion even if one's opinion is constantly challenged takes patience! Sometimes I would like to be that goose and just flock off- leaving my troubles behind!! Do you like being a leader? A follower? Or do you just like to criticize?

  1. There's a time to lead and a time to follow, as long as you're following a good leader.

Being on the cutting edge, you tend to bleed a lot.

    Take care, fav cousin.
