WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY

Suicide is always a scary word. But families who have lost a family member to suicide are traumatized by the event. The shame and blame and guilt are prevalent.
Being aware and recognizing the signs of a suicidal person can be difficult.
A person with a history of depression, some postpartum mothers, elderly with little hope of a better day, sudden changes in circumstances are some of the at risk people.
Take the time to read some sites on mental health that help with knowledge.
Find out about Mental Health Resources in your area. Talk to your doctor. Listen to your family members.
Be there and reach out to those in need.
If you are feeling down and heading to suicidal ideation, talk to family. Help is available.
