Early morning is my favourite time of the day. There is such a hope the day will bring something. Praying to the East where the sun rises, giving thanks for the new day. The quiet, the first cup of coffee, watching a news show while dressing and going about those routines to start the day. On weekends and vacation days, power walking at first light. Sunrise brings beautiful skies. What is your favourite time of the day? Do you take the day in its stride?
