HOW COLD IS IT?
Canadians talk, write and complain about the weather more than any other topic including taxes! This week with an artic blast coast to coast except Vancouver, everybody has the cold on their mind, on facebook and in phone conversations. More hats, scarves and leggings have emerged from home closets as everyone bundles up! Well, welcome to a Canadian winter- it's supposed to be cold! Just think in a few months everyone will be complaining about the heat!!

Yeh, but ... have you ever experienced wind chills colder than -40? We've been experiencing ones like that for a week now.
