EAT YOUR VEGETABLES

To maintain a balanced diet, we are told to eat your vegetables and have several portions of fruit daily. A variety of vegetables allows for some leverage in what we eat. Do you like vegetables? My husband loves them so much, he even has them for breakfast!

  1. Coffee and chocolate is a balanced diet, too. Both are derived from plants.
