After mostly indoor exercise for the last several months, my morning walks have begun again. I feel it in my muscles but it is a good feeling. Walking is the most sustainable exercise for me. I use my 2 lb weights to work on my arms. There is something about fresh air and hearing the birds sing and just being outside. Chilly but doable.
