For those of us with just small snow blowers, shovelling is good exercise. Going at it with a consistent pace. No heroics! A good push shovel that entails little lifting does the trick. A summer shovel to break up the ice and again little lifting. Salt helps to melt the spots that are hard to shovel. Voila! Good exercise and a job well done. Then go inside for a favourite beverage- cold weather may mean hot chocolate or a hot tea!
or hot coffee! for those who cannot shovel, hire a snow removal service!
