NANA SAYS PLAN QUIET FAMILY TIMES DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON

Grandparents and other family members can help parents of little children during the busy upcoming Christmas season. With sleepovers, babysitting, taking children to some events, parents can have a break to get some of the busy activities of the season done. Going with family to parades, Santa visits and Christmas parties can be helpful as an extra pair of hands. Having the grandchildren help with decorating, baking or other fun seasonal crafts can make memories for the season. Less is more, so being home and doing rather than running around everywhere with children. If parents can shop alone and have quiet time at their houses to wrap, then grandparents have helped immensely. There is so much fun to be had without making it all stress. Of course, trying to attend those holiday/Christmas concerts are great photo opportunities.
