Different choices can take us in the same direction. People can end up with the same results. Just getting started on a road to somewhere in life is the important issue. Setting goals is good. But realizing all one's goals in life may not be met. For example, investments that are supposed to be there until death may be screwed due to financial downturns in the economy. So all the goals may need to be readjusted. If at a crossroad in life, be courageous take a road less travelled. It actually was the name of a book years ago- remember. Your comfort zone may just hold you back! The expression many roads lead to Rome is an old one in English. It suits many events. Sometimes do you feel your road just takes you in a circle so you are back to where you started. Or you take a road and just feel lost! Where am I? Roads in life are so metaphorical. A road! A journey! Our life's journey! One road leads to another! Roads have beginnings and ends! Sometimes there has been enough travel on any road and you want to sit in your rocker on the porch and watch life go by!
