So a colleague at work of European background, was hoping the weather would be good because she was going to a barbecue. It was as if it was a novel concept. Hello- Canadians for decades have had barbecues on Canada Day and well throughout the summer. A very Canadian thing to do- have a family barbecue. Well we are going to a family barbecue even with burgers shaped like maple leaves from Sobeys! Not too much hoopla, just simple family fun1 How about you?
