Any project needs the right tools to finish the job. Too often in life a task is approached without thinking about what is needed. The frustration comes with the understanding that we needs different tools. Education, skill development and ongoing learning are the tools needed for a happy life in the workplace. I usually have the right tools. In fact, I usually have more than one of each. You never know when you'll need a back-up.
