Handwork has been here since women and men learned to use their hands. Keeping busy with a project with a positive useful result does bring some joy to the soul! Whether it's a pair of knitting needles or a woodworking shop or a well designed garden, working then viewing our handiwork does give an individual some personal satisfaction!
