Celebrations always remind us about the people that are no longer here.
Celebrating a milestone birthday of a granddaughter was such an occasion.
Some joy. Some tears.
But a blessing to have her in our lives.
I always say our lives. Even though Adolph is no longer here physically he will always be in our hearts at every event.
