So saddened to see and hear an Emergency Room doctor in Quebec took her life over the weekend.
35 years old.
Married.
A parent.
Vicarious trauma is always a side effect of people who witness and care for others. Sometimes it is just too much. It carries you away.
Supports are needed for all Health Care Professionals.
So what to do.
Reach out.
Be thankful and send a message of some kind.
If one, take care of yourself. Have a support group.
Let's try to make sure this virus does not take other lives.
