LIFE IS LIKE A JIGSAW PUZZLE

Given a box with 1000 pieces to put together, life can be like a jigsaw puzzle. One piece looks like it might fit but another spot needs to be found. Complete the edges so the "box" of the puzzle is made. Checking and rechecking where the colour themes occur. But sometimes there are lighter shades that belong elsewhere too. Initially it may look too confusing or difficult, plugging away will bring completion. Then what, like life get out another puzzle! Lives can have many finished puzzles. Like the stages of life, each puzzle can represent those stages. Completed, sometimes framed, sometimes dismantled to make room for the next one. Each piece a memory, a task of the day or sections for our family groups that add colour and challenge to our lives. As there are many different lives, so there are many different puzzles. Simple ones for preschoolers. Big ones that fit a large floor space. Or ones that are good for a rainy day at the cottage! A puzzle! Even the word conjures up intrigue! An enigma!Everyday events can come with a puzzle. What to do? Who to see? An ordinary day at work or does it come with a crisis? How to solve the puzzle? Even the decision of what to have for dinner can be a puzzle. Eat out or eat in? Although life is like a puzzle, it actually can be like many puzzles or just full of disconnected puzzle pieces! How is your puzzle of life?
