VIMY RIDGE REMEMBERED

Last year was the 100th anniversary of this famous battle where Canadians came into a new age. Now 101 years has gone by. For our family we remember our dear grandfather Ernest Ellis who fought there and received many medals. Over the years I have written several posts on this event.
