HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY 2015

People of Irish descent or those like I am with some Irish blood are celebrating today around the world. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Some with no Irish blood get into the spirit and wear a little green. Apparently those in Ireland do not drink green beer as can be the custom in Canada and the United States. Personally I do not drink beer but try to have some Irish biscuits and stew! I watched a Walt Disney movie- Darby and the little people- on Turner Classic movies. It was a sweet film based in Irish. The surprise was a young Sean Connery. He spoke in an Irish accent which was good acting as he is Scottish! The grandchildren are over so are making some cupcakes to decorate with green icing. Craft items in green along with some dollar store hats are making the day fun for them. I have some cheesy ear rings with shamrocks to wear to work so the day will be fun.
