Leisurely drives in the countryside bring a sense of relaxation. Stopping at a roadside coffee shop and taking in the air brings a sense of connection with the land. Not far from my home are locations of ancestral homes. As the trees turn from green to fall colours, the drives become more beautiful. Ontario offers some pretty sites as do other provinces of Canada.
Sometimes trying to decide which way to go. Then a small country market comes into view so time to buy some more fresh farm vegetables. Do you like country drives? Isn't it fun to drive in one direction for an hour and see what you find?
especially when you find some peaches and cream corn!
